for the Millennial Generation Find out more Mastering the digital transformation in the family business getting ready

About this project

Two of the most crucial challenges for the sustainability of family firms consist in the process of generational transition and the obsolescence of their traditional business models.
Digital transformation offers the opportunity to address both challenges by unlocking next generation’s potential with the strategic renewal of traditional business models.

The lack of toolkits and roadmaps for guiding family firms’ members in managing such transformation leaves vast opportunities untapped, putting at risk family firms’ competitiveness.

Our project is concerned with the analysis of the requirements for digital transformation in the specific context of family firms, and the development of the decision-making frameworks and tools needed to support and guide such complex process.

MasterMIL Toolkit

The toolkit consists of three different assessments designed to assist your company in defining Industry 4.0 concepts, identifying emerging technologies, and evaluating the digital readiness of your business model in order to prepare you for the digital change.
